Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty service covers all GaiaRay branded products including Residential Energy Storage Systems, Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Portable Energy Systems, Lithium Batteries, Solar Inverters, Traction Batteries (including LiFePO4 Forklift and Golf Cart Batteries), Solar Trailers, and EV Chargers.

Warranty Period:

Each product from GaiaRay comes with a minimum one-year warranty from the date of purchase. For detailed warranty periods, please refer to the product manual.

Warranty Service:

During the warranty period, if the product fails due to manufacturing defects, you are entitled to free repair or replacement services. Please keep your purchase receipt as proof for warranty service.

Claiming Warranty:

To avail of the warranty service, please bring the product and purchase proof, and submit a warranty request through our official website or directly contact our customer service center.

Exclusions:

Damages caused by human factors, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters are not covered under the free warranty.
